TF08.net has posted an image of what appears to be a very early prototype for a toy of the Corvette Centennial Concept that is appearing in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. This early piece is only shown in vehicle mode and is an obvious work in progress – it does not even have wheels yet!
Update: TF08.net has posted another pair of images. These images give a clearer look at the mystery car from a birds eye view, as well as a close up of the back bumper.

Hah, it's just a promotional item or licensed tie in toy car.

Interesting. Happy Meal toy maybe? Either way this basically confirms the design is not only real, but is the design for the actual bot (could have changed since this thing was first made, but I personally doubt that). Might get this, whatever it happens to be, just for the car.
Edit: It also confirms he's an Autobot. It'll be interesting to see what this is. My first thought is that it's some kind of Happy Meal toy, or some kind of cheap little thing they'll be making. Looks like it might have a pull-back feature built into it.

lol…..

IT HAS APPARENTLY NOT YET BEGUN.
Move along. Nothing to see here….

Last picture on there now shows it's a non-transformable car with some sort of embossed picture on the bottom.

Sweet! Its that wheeled bladed bot!! I like it! Hope we get to see more prototypes soon.

It's actually a Corvette Centennial according to Jalopnik.

1.The one who leaked design images is a long term car model seller,he must got car model manufacturer's insider. But how could him get a Transformers figure manufacturer's insider suddenly? We knew there are lot of TF sellers got insider, but none of them got anything about ROTF toys.
2.We knew almost all Transformers gray models are scratch-build buy those Japanese professional sculptor, since when they began to use CAD to design?CAD is useless for these complicate structure robot design and scratch-build,but it's ok for car models design or mold make stage.
3.we never saw an official sculptor to scratch build an non-transformable alt mode first then transformable figure later.
4.The seller said to me "buy my car model(yes, this Corvette Stringray car model) first, then I will show you design images".He's selling car model,no transformable thing.
sorry for my Chinglish

I like it.
Though bot mode pics would be better, no doubt.

No, it's not true because it's bold. It's true because S250 said it. He's very reliable in these things.

Phew, thought I was the only person who noticed that.
dark69
if it's bold it must be true
i hope we see lots more tf2 toys i want to see arcee!
Insane Galvatron
Bolded and sized for attention. Given the credibility of S250, this needs to be considered.

Don't bet on it…

I want to weigh in one last time on the sculpting debate. Some have claimed that they could knock this out with a simple trip to Hobby Lobby. I disagee.
An item like the Corvette we've seen in these pictures probably wasn't sculpted by hand at all. More than likely this (and many other TFs) are created by 3D CAD computer software and machines.
The compter aided design info is sent to a device that cuts the design out of wax (or whatever they use) with lasers. Then the product is cleaned up and finished by the sculpting / design team.
Anyway, whatever this is, it's awfully exciting! I for one hope more Fallen leaks keep on coming!

Robot mode pics needed – I'm wondering how he'll stand up with those wheel feet.
