Another set of photos has been put up at robotkingdom.com for the upcoming Battle Rollar, the new companion piece for Masterpiece, Movie or Classics Optimus Prime. Check out the photos at left that include comparison shots with Masterpiece Prime and his custom trailer. Battle Rollar is priced at $36.09, and is scheduled for release in early November.

Doesn't that chest look like the robot mode for this was designed after that Crab walking "Head of Megatron" toy from Beast Machines?

Price is less than what I thought it would be, but I'm still passing.

Must wait and see.
REDLINE
I think its awesome. Sure, I'm a little disappointed that its such a glaring movie-style robot when its meant for classics and MP primes, but I can leave it in vehicle mode and still be quite happy, as its an updated vehicle mode with more detail than a simple upsized one.
Automorpher
Make this a legit piece & you'll get more sale. I'll gladly pay then.

This is a killer representation of Roller, I really like it but I will not spend 50 bucks on it. I would rather see Hasbro (or whoever) put out a reissue of Prime in the Classics/Universe line with his trailer and Roller in it. But thats in a Wallgreens world I guess.

Shipping to Virginia was @16 so it was 52 and change, but BBTS is selling it for 54 and change before shipping. The only issue is dealing with the Post Office picking the dang thing up so hopefully someone will be home when it gets to its final destination.

Looks like MP Rollar does not have a set price by TFClub, like how FansProject have done so for City Commander.
Shark Jumper
Well that's good. But assembly required?

I asked the robotkingdom.com crew about the print and they told me it comes print so u don't need to paint it youself.
tony77tony77
do anyone know for sure if it comes pre-painted or not?
Ktulu
Price is a lot better than I expected
Shark Jumper
I'm feeling unsure about Roller simply because this isn't an official transformers product and if it is a kit, I don't wanna pay even more just getting it to look as nice as the ones in the pictures. And I still refuse to buy from BBTS…
G1Wheeljack
If the kit has to be painted then I'll order it from BBTS, I can assemble, but I don't want my Rller to have a sloppy paint job because of me.
loudstone
I don't know if they are prepainted and you just have to assemble it, or what, but robotkingdom lists it as "Transformers Masterpiece MP Rollar Kits Set". Though that could just be a translation issue.
If you look carefully at the pics on robotkingdom, Rollar has different paint jobs in different shots. The top pic has a dark grey head with a silver face, and a light gray chest. The third pic down shows a fully dark grey head with blue on top, and dark grey details on the chest. I don't know if that's examples of different ways you can paint him, or just that they photographed different prototypes of the paint job.
protostar8
Ah. I wasn't aware there even was a kit version. I assumed they would all come pre-painted.
Optimus Peev
BBTS (and I would expect TFsource and other US online stores) will be dealing with a bit of a markup, since they are being imported from Asia, whereas Robotkingdom is actually in Hong Kong.
loudstone
I might be wrong, but I get the feeling robotkingdom.com is listing the kit, while BBTS is listing a prepainted/preassembled version.

Is that…. a metal horns hand, in the bottom left?!
…
protostar8
So, is BBTS just way overcharging like normal?
